Founded in 2018 as DeJesus Trust & Company Inc., DeJesus Corporation was established to serve as the parent and holding entity for all DeJesus real estate, construction, development, and business activities. The organization was created with a long term vision to consolidate operations, intellectual property, investments, and emerging ventures under a unified corporate structure focused on disciplined growth, execution, and strategic expansion.

 

Today, the company operates as DeJesus Corporation and conducts certain operations in the State of New York under the fictitious name “DeJesus Organization.” Through its subsidiaries, affiliated brands, and internal ventures, the corporation oversees initiatives spanning construction, development, media, technology, operations, consulting, and infrastructure services.

 

The corporation’s flagship operating company, DeJesus Industries, traces its origins back to 2008 and was formally registered with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2017 as a professional construction company focused on delivering ultra high end residential and commercial construction with uncompromising standards of quality, discretion, safety, and presentation.

 

In addition to DeJesus Industries, the corporation oversees and develops a growing portfolio of companies, brands, and concepts including AJ DeJesus Construction Company, KLO Technologies, The Seaport Times, and Brookline Waste Management, among other current and future ventures designed to support long term operational diversification and enterprise growth.

 

Currently, the corporation maintains active business operations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida.

 

Our Foundation

DeJesus Corporation was founded by Alberto J. DeJesus, who built the organization around principles of accountability, operational discipline, presentation, and execution.

Alberto earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the Boston University College of Arts & Sciences and expanded the company into a growing multi-state enterprise designed to operate with the infrastructure, compliance standards, and strategic vision of a modern corporation.

The organization maintains certifications and operational standards aligned with OSHA and EPA HUD requirements while emphasizing structured systems, professionalism, and scalable growth.
